Cancellation of Order:
Please email us at cancel@solutions4beverages.com for all cancellations. If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for all charges incurred in its' return.
Secure Transactions:
We want to assure you that every purchase you make from Solutions4Beverages, is a 100% secure transaction. Once you are finished shopping and move on to our "checkout" area, you will be transferred to our secure server, which will encode your credit card information and deliver it only to us.
Data Encryption Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we use Moneris, a join venture between The Royal Bank & Bank of Montreal, to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We utilize Moneris's Secure Server ID that supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. SSL protects customer information, such as credit card numbers, names, and addresses, during the exchange between your computer and our server. All credit card transactions are processed through the Moneris SSL secure server.
Identifying Secure Pages:
There are two ways to make sure you're browsing secure pages. Both Internet Explorer® and Netscape Navigator® indicate secure modes with a symbol -- the image of a closed padlock. Due to the site being in "frames", the closed padlock may not show. To verify the shopping page is secure, in Netscape, while in the billing information page, and all further pages, right click in the white area, left click on "open frame in new window". You will be able to view the security certificate.
In MS Explorer, while in the bill information page, and all further pages, right click in the white area, left click on "properties", you will be able to view the security certificate.
Shipping & Handling Information:
Most orders will be shipped between 24 - 36 hours after your order is received. If the item is not in stock, we will do our best to ship it as soon as we can. Solutions4Beverages will ship your items via Fedex Ground within Canada, unless specified otherwise. To obtain the shipping costs of most items, simply enter the online ordering and place your order. After the shipping cost is displayed, you will have opportunity to cancel your order before it is actually completed. If an item is being shipped via Fedex Ground, within Canada, the shipping charge will be clearly marked on the specific item page - no additional shipping & handling charges will apply.
Payment Methods:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Money Orders and Cheques for payment of your purchases. Those paying by uncertified cheque will will have the order shipped as soon as the cheque has cleared.
Sales tax:
All provinces, with the exception of Alberta, are required to pay 7% gst on all orders. Residents of Ontario are also required to pay 8% pst. Taxes will be added to orders lacking with the appropriate taxes and the customer will be notified via email. Overpaid taxes will be credited to the customers' account immediately and the customer will be notified via email.
Return and Exchange Policy:
We at Solutions4Beverages want you to be happy with your purchases.
Any unused, brand new merchandise, in their original boxes or packages, may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt (less the shipping cost). A 15% restocking fee will apply when returning items. Before returning an item, you must obtain an "Authorization".
Defective merchandise after the 15 day period is under warranty by the manufacturer, and we encourage you to please read the warranty information enclosed with each product. If you should receive any item that is "defective on arrival", please contact us immediately so we can either replace the item at our expense, or refund your purchase in full. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt.
